Refurbishment and ground floor expansion of a 1930s home that has architectural remnants of the Arts and Crafts Movement.

The brief was to modernise the interior and exterior areas and incorporate energy saving measures. Living areas were opened up to allow more light through the ground floor and to create open plan kitchen and dining area for entertainment purposes; Updates were also made to all 3 bedrooms, and loft space to create master bedroom with ensuite with walk in closet.

Exterior works included creating an outdoor entertainment area connecting it to the garden fit for native flora and herb garden that leads to a multifunctional room to the rear of the property.
